The 28th of February saw Soofia English Medium School retain its duly deserved championship title in debate when it became position one for the second consecutive year. There were eighteen schools in total and SEMS logged horns with the host itself. Having emerged the champions in regional debate, SEMS is looking forward to the national debate. It is worth mentioning that SEMS is represented by a very formidable team which comprises Senate Marakabei, Najm-us-sahar Fareed is the current best National speaker and she is still reigning as the 2014 best regional speaker pending the 2014 National debate competitions.
