After Covid -19 pandemic, Soofia proactively launched the digitalization of teaching and learning; which enables students to have access to their lessons and notes uploaded by their teachers at all times, and learn at their own convenience through the E-tutor online platform.
That was just a beginning of a new non-traditional method of learning which was launched. Teachers have become facilitators, and classroom workshops. Flip Learning involves online learning, engaging discussions, and the classroom becomes a workshop. This active learning approach encourages students to be involved in the learning process and fosters critical thinking and deeper understanding of topics because they work independently or in groups, unlike absorbing information from one source, being a teacher.
