Following a day of punctilious play in Chess on Saturday 14 April 2018 at Soofia grounds, Soofia International School joins two other schools in the North Region to compete at national level in Maseru on 5 May 2018.

Soofia with 28 points settled on position three with Butha-Buthe High School on position two with only one point above Soofia and Butha-Buthe Community High School coming first with 34 points.

Team Soofia includes Captain Reitholetse Motseki, Chabane Molisana, Refiloe Leanya, Ts’epo Nkukana, Lake Olanya and Liphapang Lethoko while Mr Gerald Chiwozva is the coach.
